Policy

~Please come with freshly washed and blow dried hair if you are getting any braided styles.

~I do not provide hair.

~Desposits are non-refundable.

~your remaining balance should be in cash only.

~you have a 15 minute grace period, if you do not call to communicate with me within that 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled.

~if you wish to continue this appointment after being 15 minutes late AND Communicating, there will be a $15 late fee added to your service. 

Deposits

~ A $50 non-refundable deposit is required once you book. This goes towards your overall price.

No Shows

~if you confirm your appointment with me the 24 hours before & do not show up without communicating. You will no longer be able to book with Herr Crown.
